Credit: Chris Pizzello/Invision/APIt seems that the live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop is going ahead and has started casting the main roles, with John Cho being announced to play the hero of the series Spike Spiegel. Cowboy Bebop is also more than just an anime series, it’s a global cultural phenomenon. Personally, I’d love to see people like Kimitoshi Yamane involved in this new live-action production. In any case, Cowboy Bebop is having somewhat of a resurgence as of late due to its recent 20th anniversary. While I am still very wary of this new live-action production, the cast and other staff on it may be able to pull this off.
