John Boadu, acting General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic PartyACTING GENERAL Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu, has pledged to ensure the construction of one permanent office in each of the 275 constituencies nationwide for the running of the party. Mr. Boadu made the pledge as he rounded up his campaign tour of the Central Region, as he seeks to become the substantive General Secretary of the NPP. According to Mr. Boadu, who at the time of filing this report was in the Ashanti Region campaigning, the construction of the offices would be done by the end of his four-year tenure as the party’s General Secretary. Similarly, Mr. Boadu intimated that the regions shall have permanent party offices. Whilst in the Central Region, Mr. Boadu and his team visited each of the 23 constituencies in the region where they interacted with delegates comprising mainly constituency executives and MMDCEs.
