Jofra Archer's isolation ends as England bowler's second Covid-19 test comes back negative

Jofra Archer's period of isolation within the England camp is over after a second coronavirus test returned negative. The fast bowler was excluded from the England team for the second Test against West Indies at Old Trafford, which concluded with a 113-run England victory on Monday. But this news means Archer will be available for selection for the third and deciding Test which gets underway also at Old Trafford on Friday. As well as having to go through a period of isolation, Archer was fined about £13,500 - equivalent to his match fee - by the ECB for the indiscretion. He has since taken two Covid-19 tests and both have returned negative.
