Joelle King will head into next week's British Open in winning form. The Commonwealth Games squash champion has won the Manchester Open after comprehensively beating Welsh opponent Tesni Evans 11-8, 11-2, 11-4 Tuesday's final. "I'm over the moon," said King, who is building up for next week's British Open. Someone had to lose tonight, but she can hold her head up high after what she has achieved this week. The Manchester victory was King's 13th tournament triumph on the Professional Squash Association Tour.
