Two people have died at a rural property in Masterton district as a result of gunshot wounds. The two people who died in an apparent Wairarapa murder-suicide were Jody Ratima and James Teddy. Stuff understands the pair had been in a long-term relationship and the death is being treated as most likely a murder-suicide. Robert Kitchin/Stuff Jody Ratima and James Teddy died on Monday at their property in Wairarapa. Inside, Ratima, who was 48, and Teddy, 54, were dead.
