The Glasgow giants have been heavily linked with the 20-year-old, who is currently on loan at Hapoel Petah Tikva from fellow Israeli team Maccabi Netanya. Ta Bi - who predominantly plays on the right wing - is currently out of action while he recovers from a knee injury but is expected to be fit again within two weeks. Around £250,000 of that fee will reportedly go to Hapoel Petah Tikva as compensation for their season-long loan being terminated. Following their win over Hapoel Kfar Saba, a club spokesperson said: "We have been informed by Maccabi Netanya that there has only been one official offer for Jocelin Ta Bi and it was from Celtic.
