Jobless man jailed for forcibly kissing enforcement officer - Nation


KUALA LUMPUR: A jobless man was jailed seven months by a magistrate's court here for kissing a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) enforcement female officer on her lips last year. Magistrate Mahyudin Mohmad Som jailed Cesar Jamanulla, 35, after he admitted to the charge on Wednesday. Cesar made a remark to the enforcement officer, telling her she was pretty but when told not to prevent her from doing her job, he grabbed her face and kissed her on the lips. In asking for leniency, the accused he had to support his family. Deputy Public Prosecutor Nur Farah Adilah Noordin asked for a deterrent sentence against the accused.
