An improving labor market, a decline in layoffs, stronger wage growth and... Some 49.6% of workers reported being satisfied with their jobs overall last year, edging up from 48.3% in 2014. Just under half of U.S. workers said they felt satisfied with their jobs last year—the happiest they’ve been in a decade, according to a new report from the Conference Board, a research group that focuses on economics and business conditions.
