Former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo will spend a second night in police custody as his lawyers seek to raise Sh5 million to secure his release. The presidential aspirant in the 2017 poll was wanted for failing to refund businessman Brian Yongo Sh20 million that he took as a loan.
