Actor-comedian Jim Carrey has waged his own war in the courts against the mother of his late ex-girlfriend. The 54-year-old Dumb & Dumber star has filed documents in which he claims Cathriona White’s mother, Brigid Sweetman, begged him to buy her a house and threatened suicide.
