Jilted lover commits suicide along Nairobi-Nakuru HighwayA middle aged man committed suicide in Kayole Estate in Naivasha after finding that his girlfriend whom he planned to marry had an affair with his friend.The jilted lover jumped on the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway and was run over by a lorry transporting construction materials to Nakuru town. Meanwhile, a family in Naivasha is counting losses of millions of shillings following a fire incident in their home Wednesday night. “By the time the fire fighters arrived the damage had been caused but they prevented it from spreading to nearby homes,” he said. Naivasha OCPD Samuel Waweru confirmed the suicide incident saying the body had been picked and taken to Naivasha sub county Hospital Mortuary. “In the first incident, the fire was caused by an electrical fault and we informed officers from Kenya Power who arrived and rectified the issue.”
