“This event celebrates the success of the World Ruby Business Forum 2017, which was held for the first time in Thailand. Eleven diamonds weighing 21 karats and rubies were the stars of Sukhadia’s necklace and earrings while Veerasak Gems showed a necklace, earrings and rings boasting rubies from Myanmar. PK Gems offered a gorgeous ruby ring with diamonds in pink gold. Guests also took part in auction of jewellery and rubies with the funds raising going the Safeguard Kids foundation. A Judith Leiber clutch went for Bt300,000, while a ruby ring from Sant Enterprise went to Dr Sudjai Chaiamnuey for Bt230,000.
