As it has been most times after games this season, the Jets’ locker room was a somber one after a 29-22 loss to Houston on Saturday. Meanwhile, at the same time, rookie quarterback Sam Darnold took positive steps in his maturation for the second consecutive game. Darnold said, “It still sucks to lose a game, but I think our offense is starting to find a little bit of a rhythm.”As is Darnold. So with two games left in yet another lost season for the Jets, all eyes will be on Darnold. He's a ballplayer, he's a competitor and he's going to go out there and do his thing each and every week.
