Robin Hayes led JetBlue through the upheaval of the pandemic, extending his tenure as CEO. Joanna Geraghty, a longtime JetBlue executive, will become the only woman at the helm of a major U.S. airline. The airline’s operations are a weak point, however, with JetBlue landing at the bottom of The Wall Street Journal’s airline rankings in 2021 and 2022 .
