The damning findings are contained in an Audit NZ report, part of which was released by the Waikato DHB on Thursday. CHRISTEL YARDLEY/STUFF Bob Simcock quit as Waikato DHB chairman on Tuesday and blamed his demise on Nigel Murray. Audit New Zealand's eight-page report contains seven recommendation, all of which have been accepted by the Waikato DHB.
