Legal troubles continue for Jersey Shore’s Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino. The Justice Department has announced that Michael Sorrentino and his brother, Marc Sorrentino, were indicted on additional charges including tax evasion, structuring and falsifying records. In September 2014, the Sorrentino brothers were indicted for tax offenses and conspiring to defraud the U.S. Now, a superseding indictment includes new charges against both men. According to the superseding indictment, Michael and his brother Marc created businesses, such as MPS Entertainment LLC and Situation Nation Inc., to exploit Michael’s celebrity status. Michael Sorrentino has so far managed to delay the trial.
