Jennifer Rose Lefebvre and John Everett Thornton Jr. were married Feb. 9 at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Judge Donald L. Graham of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, officiated. The couple met in 2011 at the University of Miami, from which each received a law degree. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Graham. The groom is the president of the Gator Club of Miami, where he raises scholarship funds for Miami-Dade seniors matriculating at the University of Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida.
