He brings up several valid points concerning safety, such as the fact that bike riders are blind to the aspect of vehicles coming up behind them. Motorists are at fault at times for not giving bike riders sufficient clearance on the roads or just totally claiming that they did not see the bike riders. Most motorists seem to have the idea that a bike rider is an inconvenience to them. Don’t get me wrong, a large share of motorists do not stop for stop signs anymore either. This applies to motorists, bike riders and pedestrians.
