Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers argue an old non-prosecution deal between the US government and Jeffrey Epstein should shield her from prosecution too. Lawyers for Maxwell said the indictment against their client was obtained unjustly and doesn't allege crimes specific enough to bring before a jury.
