THE Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters leaned on RJ Jazul’s fourth quarter heroics to escape the San Miguel Beermen, 110-103, in the PBA Season 45 Philippine Cup on Thursday night at the Angeles University Foundation (AUF) Sports and Cultural Center in Angeles, Pampanga. Jason Perkins was equally impressive with a double-double of 27 markers and 10 boards. RR Garcia chipped in 11 points while Justin Chua had a career-high 17 rebounds and seven points. The do-it-all forward Calvin Abueva had seven points, 10 rebounds and four dimes. Baser Amer and veteran Reynel Hugnatan chipped in 14 and 13 markers, respectively, for the winning team.
