Roc Nation - the company founded by global superstar Jay-Z - have poached football talent spotter Adam Hitch from Adidas to lead their European scouting network. Mail Sport has learned the talent agency have lured Hitch, who will work under Alan Redmond - the firm’s global head of football, to play a lead role in their ongoing expansion. The scout previously worked with agency Kin Partners before joining Adidas as London and south scouting manager in 2018. He was promoted to UK scouting manager in 2023. US-based firm Roc Nation was established in 2008 by rapper Jay-Z, with its roots in the music and entertainment industries.
