A JAPANESE tourist died while snorkeling in Oslob, Cebu on Thursday morning. Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Negros Oriental, two youths died of drowning during a New Year swimming party on Wednesday. The PCG rescue team conducted a cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to Kuriyama before rushing him to Oslob District Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival. He was rushed and declared dead-on-arrival at Oslob District Hospital,” PCG Manila clarified. Rescuers brought the victims to the Bayawan City District Hospital for immediate medical attention.
