Sixteen-year-old Japanese snowboarder Yuto Totsuka had to be stretchered off the course during the men’s halfpipe final on Wednesday. He was in ninth place, but crashed during the second run after a bumpy landing caused him to hit the lip of the halfpipe. It sounds like he will be OK, but it was a scary moment – it looks like he fell 30 feet, face first.
