Japan-VN Friendship Parliamentary Alliance Special advisor on visitSpecial Advisor to the Japan- Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance Tsutomo Takebe stressed that exchanges between people, legislators and localities lay a firm foundation for the bilateral ties to advance strongly. Special Advisor Tsutomo Takebe and President Tran Dai Quang at a meeting held in April. He hoped that the close and productive collaboration between relevant agencies will put the Vietnam-​Japan University into operation shortly, thus promoting the bilateral friendship. Tsutomo Takebe briefed his host of the tempo of the Vietnam-Japan University project and the organisation of the Japan-Vietnam Culture Festival in the coming time.
