CNN has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment, and the January 6 committee declined to comment Wednesday night. Raskin also told CNN's "New Day" that if there is evidence of Eastman's comments about what was happening among the Supreme Court justices, "We will report that he said that." On the other hand, perhaps he had some backchannel connection to the Supreme Court, and we want to ferret that out if that's true.
