British-born Jane Seymour became a United States citizen more than a decade ago. Seymour took the oath of citizenship in Los Angeles in Feb. 2005, and she said the test was difficult. The actress decided to take her late mother's open heart philosophy and become an entrepreneur in the United States. Seymour is now busy with her Open Hearts line of jewelry, fragrances, and other products and Open Hearts Foundation charity which recognizes those who serve others. Whereas, in America, if you try something different, they go, 'Oh, well, you may not succeed, but, hey, go for it.
