Actor Jamie Dornan has spoken out about his four friends who died in a crash, and how fate saved his life. The 43-year-old told how he was forced to miss out on a trip to Donegal with four of his best friends because he had to attend a three-day sailing competition in Scotland. ‘At the time, hardly anyone had mobiles, and I had no idea what was going on,’ Dornan revealed. They told the then-teenager that four of his best friends – Chris Hannah, Chris Sloan, Nick Kirkwood and David Armstrong – had been killed in a head-on collision with another car. At the time, the headmaster of the local Methodist College, Wilfred Mulryne, said everybody at the school felt devastated.
