Jamie Carragher has delivered his verdict on Liverpool’s Premier League title hopes next season. The Reds ended the disappointing 2022/23 campaign in good form, losing only two of their last 18 Premier League as they just missed out on a Champions League. “But I certainly think they can be at the top of the pack chasing Manchester City.
