Bullock says she got up and looked out her kitchen window to see the taillights of a car speeding away from her cul-de-sac. Ten years later, Bullock is on the stand as a witness at the trial of Jamie Bacon who is charged with counselling associates to murder Dennis Karbovenec, his partner in the drug trade. The prosecution says two men, who are now co-operating with the Crown, will testify Karbovenec was lured to the cul-de-sac because Bacon wanted him killed. She also testified about another incident a few weeks later that made her call police again. "I put them on the counter and waited for police to pick them up," Bullock testified.
