By Michael SusinJames Fisher & Sons PLC said Friday that it has appointed Jean Vernet as chief executive officer with effect Sept. 5, replacing Eoghan O'Lionaird. The U.K. provider of marine services said that Mr. Vernet served as CEO of Smiths Group PLC division John Crane, and has considerable experience in the offshore energy sector.
