The Late Late Show’s Carpool Karaoke segment is a sure-fire viral hit each week, the latest edition being no less trend-worthy thanks to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Oh, and they also pull over for an impromptu wrestling match and end up shirtless, but that shouldn’t surprise anyone. James Corden may have a tendency to spend most of his hour-long show (44 minutes without commercials), goofing around in cars with celebrities, but no one’s complaining. The arena rock quartet joined Corden for renditions both obvious — their own tunes “Can’t Stop” and “Under the Bridge” — and obscure, such as an impassioned duet of “Food, Glorious Food” from musical Oliver! courtesy of Corden and bassist Flea.
