File photoDHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Md AbdulBari Sarder has unofficially secured victory in the Rajshahi-4 constituencyin the 13th National Parliament Election. Sarder received a total of 1,15,226 votes, comfortably defeating his closestrival DMD Ziaur Rahman of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), who secured1,09,461 votes. The information was formally announced by Akhtar Ahmed, senior secretary ofthe Election Commission of Bangladesh, during a press briefing at the ResultCollection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in thecapital's Agargaon today.
