KUALA LUMPUR: Jalan Kuching was hit by a flash flood following heavy rain on Saturday evening. Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Operations Centre chief Zamani Ismail said the flood was due to the overflow of the nearby Sungai Batu. Zamani said apart from Jalan Kuching, no floods were reported at other locations. A 38-second video that went viral on social media showed several vehicles stranded along Jalan Kuching due to the flash flood.
