In a set back to the state government and Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) Metropolitan Magistrate Number 11, Jaipur issued bailable warrants against five officials on a plea filed by Jaipur royalty whose Diya Kumari is ruling BJP MLA, against their alleged tresspassing into Rajmahal Complex and razing down heritage structure located there on August 24. The government subsequently opened the gate a day after which a local court asked JDA to rebuild the structure at its cost. Later, on JDA's appeal, Rajasthan High Court stayed court order in as much as rebuilding the structure but allowed the main gate to remain open.
