Keeping two passports can prove costly for Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who is serving a 20-year jail term for raping two of his female disciples. Investigations have revealed that two passports were issued to Gurmeet Ram Rahim, in 2015 and 2017, in violation of norms. The police, during the sanitisation drive in Sirsa in September, recovered two passports owned by Gurmeet Ram Rahim. The passport issued to Gurmeet Ram Rahim in 2017 mentions his name as 'Sant Gurmeet Ram Rahim Insan' despite his real name being Gurmeet Singh.
