Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe addressed people attending a rally and march in London through a phone and a loudspeaker. Actress Emma Thompson was among those protesting near her home in north London today. She faces five years in prison for spying and seeking to overthrow the regime and has reportedly been held in solitary confinement.
