(jaggery) market during the week in the national capital as prices ended at previous levels due to sluggish demand from stockists as well as retailers amid negligible arrivals. Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets too displayed a flat trend in listless trading. Marketmen said, absence of buying support due to offseason along with negligible arrivals from manufacturing belts in view of adverse weather conditions, mainly kept gur prices unaltered. In Delhi, gur Chakku, Pedi, Dhayya and Shakkar prices remained unchanged at Rs 3,500-3,600, Rs 3,650-3,750, Rs 3,900-4,000 and Rs 4,000-4,100 per quintal, respectively. At Muzaffarnagar, gur Raskat, Chakku and Laddoo prices too remained unmoved at Rs 2,650-2,700, Rs 3,125-3,350 and Rs 3,250-3,300 per quintal, respectively.
