Jackson lost his cricketing legend father Shane to a heart attack in March 2022 and has seen been championing heart health across Australia. 'We lost someone very recently in the community to a heart attack and we hope this can help bring awareness to heart disease and also help the Brighton community. The important tests were first introduced at the MCG during Australia's match against Pakistan, before Jackson, 25, took the Shane Warne Legacy to Adelaide for AFL's Gather Round in April.
