Jackie 'O' Henderson broke down in tears on her Sydney breakfast radio show on Monday when she revealed that a colleague's four-year-old son had tragically died. The 43-year-old told listeners that her friend, KIIS FM Content Director Derek 'DB' Bargwanna, recently lost his son Tate, who 'died peacefully in his sleep'. Jackie said that the whole team at KIIS was devastated by the news because they are like 'family', adding that many staff members attended Tate's funeral on Saturday. '[DB's] four-year-old son Tate died in his sleep and it was completely unexpected and we don't know why,' she said. 'He died peacefully in his sleep.
