After 56 years in the film industry, Jackie Chan can finally call an Academy Award his own. The star of the Rush Hour trilogy, Chan received an honorary Oscar at the Governor Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles. "After 56 years [in the] film industry, making over 200 films, breaking so many bones, finally this is mine." The Karate Kid actor was introduced by Rush Hour co-star Chris Tucker and received speeches from Michelle Yeoh and Tom Hanks. The 89th Academy Awards take place on February 27, 2017.
