Acting President Professor Yemi Osinusi has ordered the immediate termination of the appointment of the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Lawal Daura, with immediate effect. The Senior Special Assistant to Osinbajo, Laolu Akande hinted at the decision via his Twitter handle. The information is in a statement issued by the acting President’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr Laolu Akande in Abuja on Tuesday. AgP Yemi Osinbajo has directed the termination of the appointment of the DG of the DSS, Mr. Lawal Musa Daura. The statement read: “The Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, has directed the termination of the appointment of the Director-General, State Security Service, Lawal Musa Daura, with immediate effect.
