JSW Energy’s total revenues for the October-December period grew 6.46% to Rs2,081.14 crore from Rs1954.83 crore in Q3 FY17. The company had reported a net profit of Rs17.96 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. Its total revenues for the October-December period grew 6.46% to Rs2,081.14 crore from Rs1954.83 crore in Q3 FY17. During the quarter, the company reduced the net debt by Rs83 crore, while for the nine months between April-December 2017 reduced by Rs2,490 crore. The fuel cost for the quarter, however, increased by 18% to Rs1,171 crore primarily due to increase in the international coal prices.
