The deceased Joy Moni Tanchanga, 51, was killed in his residence in Kuhalong union around 7pm. Locals said miscreants shot the victim after failing to find his son, local JSS leader Ripon Tanchanga, 28. Earlier, a Jana Sanghati Samity (JSS) worker was killed and another kidnapped at Rajbila union’s Tangkhali on Tuesday. Witnesses said a group of miscreants shot Binay Tangchanga, 36, who ran a grocery store in Tangkhali Bazar at around 10pm on Tuesday.
