JPMorgan Chase & Co. is in the process of laying off around 100 employees in its asset-management division as the bank makes staffing adjustments amid market shifts, according to people familiar with the matter. The layoffs, which amount to 1% to 2% of the division, are occurring throughout the business and in cities around the world, the people said.
