The Sandiganbayan Third Division has marked its calendars for February 19, 2019, at 1:30 in the afternoon as the first day of Enrile’s trial. It will resume every Tuesday and Wednesday after that, also in the afternoon. In 2015, the Supreme Court allowed him to post bail for his plunder charge out of humanitarian considerations.
