They persuaded the plaintiff to invest in corporate bonds issued by JKN Global Group despite knowing the company was facing severe financial difficulties and would be unable to repay the investment on the agreed date. On the day of the verdict, a representative of JKN Global Group appeared in court. JKN Global Group was fined 40,000 baht, while Jakkaphong was sentenced to two years in jail.
