PPP demand­ed that the Justic­e Najafi Commis­sion Report on the Model Town Incide­nt be made public­KARACHI: The PPP, like other political parties, demanded that the Justice Najafi Commission Report on the Model Town Incident be made public. Now there is the demand to make public the Joint Investigation Teams’ reports on the Baldia Town Factory Fire incident and the Uzair Baloch case. The Sindh Home Department, however, maintains that making the reports public involves legal issues, so it would jeopardise the cases. Therefore, the Sindh High Court should tell the provincial government to make the reports public so that the suspicion over undercover protection of the culprits is removed.
