By Sabela OjeaJD Sports Fashion PLC said Monday that it has completed the transfer of DTLR Villa LLC to Genesis Topco Inc. for $504.4 million. The sport-goods retailer said the sum paid is equal to that which it paid when it acquired DTLR. JD Sports noted that it owns 80% of Genesis and will therefore still be making decisions in relation to DTLR's future.
