After the prayers got over at Eidgah, clashes broke out between groups of youth and security forces in various parts of the valley on Saturday. Clashes broke out between groups of youth and security forces at few places in Kashmir valley after Eid prayers on Saturday, police said. Clashes were reported from Srinagar, Anantnag and Sopore in the valley after the culmination of congregational Eid prayers at these places, a police official said. The official said security forces exercised maximum restraint and so far there are no reports of any casualties. They had announced that they would join Eid prayers at Eidgah.
