Wetherspoon PLC said Thursday that all resolutions at its annual general meeting passed, but two resolutions to re-elect two nonexecutive independent directors had low shareholder support. The London-listed pub operator said that resolution seven, to re-elect Debra van Gene, and resolution eight, to re-elect Richard Beckett, passed with 78.13% and 76.93% of shareholders in favor respectively.
